1. Scope and Provider

These Terms of Service govern the use of the CONSIVOX application and all related services (hereinafter "Service") provided by:

By registering or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

CONSIVOX is a digital Behavioral Clarity Companion that allows users to capture thoughts via text or voice and receive AI-powered coaching feedback. The Service includes:

• Capturing entries via text or voice (Capture)
• AI-powered mirroring and next-step suggestions (Mirror + Next Move)
• 24-hour quests with karma rewards (Quest)
• Archetype-based coaching styles (Strategist, Beacon, Rebel)
• Tracking of streaks and karma score

3. Free and Plus Plans

3.1 Free Plan

All users may use CONSIVOX free of charge with the following limitations:

• Up to 2 captures per day
• Mirror + Next Move analysis
• 1 quest per day
• Karma score + streak tracking

3.2 Plus Subscription

The Plus subscription unlocks unlimited features:

• Monthly plan: €6.99 per month

Prices include applicable VAT. Plus subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Stripe (web checkout). The respective terms and payment conditions apply.

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your Plus subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining period.

4. User Obligations

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Keep login credentials confidential
• Not misuse the Service (e.g., spam, abusive content, automated mass entries)
• Comply with applicable laws when using the Service

5. AI-Generated Content

CONSIVOX uses artificial intelligence to analyse captures and generate coaching feedback (Mirror, Next Move, Quests). AI-generated content is provided for personal reflection and behavioural clarity only. It does not constitute professional advice of any kind, particularly not psychological, therapeutic, medical, or legal advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated output.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks of the CONSIVOX Service are the property of SHOP-Construct UG (haftungsbeschränkt) or its licensors. Users retain ownership of their own captures but grant us a limited licence to process them for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of material contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable, typical damages. This does not affect liability for injury to life, body, or health.

8. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Users will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a consumer within the EU, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of consumer protection law in your country of residence. The place of jurisdiction for merchants is Marl, Germany.

11. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

We are not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
